Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a session for any reason, please be sure to cancel AT LEAST 24 hours in advance to help make room for other students. Emergencies happen of course, so if something urgent does come up please email me as soon as possible so we can work out canceling/rescheduling the session. **Please note that I have a 3-strike policy in regards to no-shows. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or no-show 3 times in a row, I reserve the right to refuse service in the future.**
